Every design here is a town — 154 American towns and cities across Alaska, California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, and Texas, each drawn in the language of the mid-century travel poster: flat planes of colour, hard geometry, a horizon held low, and the place name doing the talking. Amarillo is lowriders under a wide sunset, Anchorage is a sled team on a white road, Austin is light trails through downtown at night.

QUICK FACTS

  • 154 towns and cities, across six states — one original artwork each.
  • Two sizes, both vertical: 18″ × 24″ and 24″ × 32″. Both are standard frame sizes, so an off-the-shelf frame fits without custom work or a cut mat.
  • Gallery-grade 220 gsm fine art paper — firm, acid-free, and smooth matte, so it holds fine detail without glare.
  • Printed by giclée, the pigment-ink process used for fine art reproduction, for archival-level colour.
  • Supplied unframed and rolled. Acid-free stock does not yellow the way ordinary poster paper does.
  • The paper stock is EU Timber Regulation compliant and the inks are REACH-certified.
  • If it gathers dust, wipe gently with a clean, dry cloth. Gallery practice is to hang art centred at about 57 inches from the floor.
  • Made to order after you buy it, in small batches. Nothing is warehoused, so nothing goes to landfill unsold.

These are not the town emblem logos that run through the rest of the store. The Original Art Series is a separate body of work in the poster tradition — the visual language of the 1930s railway and airline posters and the WPA park series that followed, which is to say art deco and the streamlined phase that came after it. People buy these for the place they grew up in, the place they left, and the place they still intend to reach, and a poster is the version you look at every day rather than wear. Every town here has its own written history, gathered at the town histories and travel hub.

How does your sizing work?

Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for sizing or color choices. We do accept returns for defects, misprints, or shipping damage. Please review the detailed photos and descriptions before purchasing. Women’s fitted tees run small; if you prefer a looser fit on that or any item, consider sizing up.

How do I send gifts?

All items ship without prices and include a simple packing slip for easy gifting. Enter the recipient’s shipping address and your billing address at checkout. Use your contact info to receive tracking updates. Orders typically arrive within 6–11 business days—please allow extra time for time-sensitive gifts.

How do I care for my item?

For apparel: wash cold, inside-out, with like colors; avoid bleach and high heat; tumble dry low or hang dry. For embroidery, iron inside-out to protect the stitching. See specific care instructions in product descriptions and also follow general best practices in caring for your items for long term enjoyment.

How are items made and when will they arrive?

We make each item on demand using premium blanks, embroidery, and soft-hand prints. Production usually takes 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking once shipped. We currently ship to U.S. addresses via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Most orders arrive within 6–11 business days.

What’s the return/exchange policy?

We accept returns for defects, misprints, or damage on arrival. Report issues within 30 days with photos and your order number, and we’ll replace or refund. Size or color changes aren’t supported after purchase, so please consult size charts before ordering if you are at all unsure.
