Refund policy

Made to order. All items are printed/embroidered to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size/color or change of mind).

Key Details

  • Return window: Contact us within 14 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s “Delivered” scan).
  • Eligible reasons: Misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
  • Return shipping: Free when we request the item back for inspection.
  • Resolution: After review, we will replace the item (exchange) at no cost. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund the original payment method.
  • Restocking fees: None.

How to Start a Claim

Email merlinclassicsstore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the defect/error

Response time: 3–5 business days. Resolution update: within 5–10 business days after we receive all required details (and any requested return).

What Isn’t Eligible

  • Buyer’s remorse (wrong size/color, changed mind)
  • Normal variation in color/size from screen to print or manufacturer tolerances
  • Items washed, worn, altered, or used after delivery
  • Final-sale items and gift cards

Lost Packages / Wrong Item

  • Wrong item received: We’ll replace it or refund if a replacement isn’t available.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or the carrier declares the package lost, we’ll investigate and then replace or refund. Please notify us within 30 days of the order date if your package hasn’t arrived.
  • Incorrect address at checkout: If a carrier can’t deliver due to an address error, we can’t refund. If the order is returned and reshippable, we can reship at the buyer’s cost.

Geographic Scope

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Returns/claims are accepted only for U.S. orders.
