Shipping policy

All products are made to order. Each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing Time

Handling Time: Orders are usually processed and produced within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Time

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping is provided by major carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international carrier partners) depending on destination and availability.

  • Transit Time: Orders typically transit in 4–10 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 6–15 business days of the order date (handling + transit combined).
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking, which will be sent to you by email once your package ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Rates are set by our production partner.

Framed and Unframed prints shipped from the UK:
Some framed and unframed art prints are produced and shipped from the United Kingdom (UK) for gallery quality prints and hand-crafted wood frames (where framed). Delivery estimates shown on this page (2–5 business days handling + 4–10 business days transit) apply to these items, and tracking is included. Shipping rates for UK prints are higher due to packaging and international shipping and will be shown clearly at checkout (often in the ~$7–$18 range for large unframed items and the ~$32–$63 range for large framed items).

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned and is reshippable, we can arrange reshipment at the buyer’s cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at merlinclassicsstore@gmail.com. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or the carrier declares the package lost, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate. Customers must notify us within 30 days of the order date if their package has not arrived.

Return Shipping for Defective Items

If we request that an item be returned for inspection due to defect or error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs on defective or incorrect items. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
