Embroidery
These products (e.g. caps, fleece, quarter-zip pullovers, cotton polos and performance polos) are decorated with premium embroidery, not printing. Embroidery has been the classic method used on vintage caps, jackets, and apparel for decades. Each piece is stitched individually, giving it a durable, raised finish that ages beautifully.

The Process
- Design Input: The artwork starts as a digital logo (see “Sample Retro Design Logo”).
- Digitization & Vectorization: We translate the design into a stitch pattern. Fine details and small text are adjusted for durability.
- Embroidery Output: High-quality thread is stitched directly into the fabric (see “Sample Actual Retro Embroidery”).
Vintage & Retro Heritage
From old-school baseball caps to university jackets, embroidery has always been the mark of quality. Unlike printing, which can fade or peel, embroidery weaves into the fabric and keeps its look for decades—just like the classic retro gear it’s modeled after.
What to Expect
- Embroidery is a craft — the final stitch work has natural variations that give each piece character.
- Stitch detail may differ slightly from the digital mock-up due to thread thickness and fabric texture.
- Fine lines and very small text may be simplified during digitization to ensure durability.
- Colors are represented with thread, not ink, so slight shade differences may occur.
- The result is a raised, classic embroidered look — premium and long-lasting.
