Custom-made items: Every product is printed to order. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color preference, or change of mind).

If there’s a problem with your order

We’ll make it right if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligibility window: Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
What we’ll do: After review, we’ll replace the item at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement isn’t possible.

How to start a claim

Email merlinclassicsstore@gmail.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging (showing the defect or error)

You’ll get a response within 3–5 business days and a resolution update within 5–10 business days after we receive the required details.

What isn’t eligible

  • Buyer’s remorse (wrong size/color chosen, changed mind)
  • Normal color/size variation due to on-screen vs. printed appearance or manufacturer tolerances
  • Items washed, worn, or altered after delivery
  • Final-sale items or gift cards

Lost packages / wrong item received

Wrong item: We’ll replace it or refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for a carrier-defined period or is marked lost, we’ll investigate and replace or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect address: If the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout and the carrier can’t deliver, we can’t refund the order. If it’s returned to sender and is reshippable, we’ll help arrange reshipment at the buyer’s cost.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days to post the credit after we process it.

Where we accept returns/claims from

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, and returns/claims are accepted for U.S. orders only. (Additional regions may be added in the future.)
